HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This item is shipped directly from our warehouse and will take around 5-7 days to reach customers within the United States and 7-15 days to Europe.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do we will do our best to satisfy your expectations and help you to be happy with your purchased items.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date of shipment. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. However, if a paddle is used but it is still in new condition with no scrapes, dents, marks, wear and tear, etc., you may still be eligible for a refund if received within 30 days. After an order has been shipped, we are unable to change your address. We cannot issue refunds for orders that were shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer. 

CAN I TRACK MY ITEM? 

Tracking number(s) are sent automatically with each order. The tracking numbers are sent via text or email and show the status of your order.
